Jin Shin Jyutsu® SELF-CARE workshops introduce a series of hands-on applications that participants can easily learn and apply to enhance their general health and well-being. Jin Shin Jyutsu® SELF-CARE practice addresses harmony of total being and can be introduced in a workshop setting for large and small groups. Jin Shin Jyutsu® SELF-CARE can also be tailored to address specialty topics, such as stress reduction, pain management, recovery, and mental and emotional well-being.
