Jin Shin Jyutsu® SELF-HELP workshops introduce a series of hands-on applications that participants can easily learn and apply to enhance their general health and well-being. Jin Shin Jyutsu® SELF-HELP practice addresses harmony of total being and can be introduced in a workshop setting for large and small groups. Jin Shin Jyutsu® SELF-HELP can also be tailored to address specialty topics, such as stress reduction, weight balance and management, pain reduction, recovery, and mental and emotional well-being. Jin Shin Jyutsu® SELF-HELP compliments and integrates with other mind-body practices, such as yoga, meditation and breathwork. ​
